By creation, a man is meant to satisfy his woman or women. I said women because Muslims are allowed to marry more than one wife if he can love them equally but this post isn’t for that. It can be a mentally dismantling if a man cannot repeatedly satisfy his woman, this is a lose-lose situation for everyone. The woman doesn’t climax and the guy cannot satisfy his women, trouble everywhere.
There are several premature ejaculation happens, the primary reason for it is getting too excited quickly, the impatient thirst to have sex is the leading cause of premature ejaculation, as reported by Laura Thompson, Daily Star
In a recent study, “The Association of Anxiety With the Subtypes of Premature Ejaculation: A Chart Review” published in The Primary Care Companion for CNS Disorders. This study showed that anxiety is the main cause of premature ejaculation.
A further look into this problem revealed that there are four subtype under this according to the study, which includes lifelong, acquired, natural variable and premature-like ejaculatory dysfunction.
Subtypes such as lifelong and acquired are the most common. The lifelong is when the man has never had control of his ejaculation since he started having sex while acquired is when it happens after a period of normal ejaculation, this is mostly caused by anxiety.
During the study, 28 men were observed for one year, and it was found that performance anxiety is the suggestively linked with the premature ejaculation happening.
Out of the 26 studies, 10 reported experiencing anxiety symptoms before and during the intercourse.
“The most significant finding in our study was the high rate of anxiety (70%) in patients with the acquired form of premature ejaculation, which was significantly higher than in patients with lifelong premature ejaculation,” study authors Ravi Philip Rajkumar and Arun Kumar Kumaran said.
“Anxiety is a plausible mechanism to explain either the onset or the persistence of premature ejaculation.
The best way to deal with this psychological issue is to work with a psychologist to work through the issues.
“Treating premature ejaculation caused by psychological factors can be more challenging,” registered nurse Jackie Hall said. “But most men who persevere with treatment have successful outcomes.”
